Clinical value analysis of the combination of donepezil and olanzapine in the treatment of elderly dementia patients with accompanying psychiatric and behavioral symptoms
多奈哌齐联合奥氮平治疗老年痴呆伴发精神行为症状患者的临床价值分析

摘要

目的 分析多奈哌齐与奥氮平联合治疗老年痴呆伴精神行为症状（ADMB）患者的临床价值。方法 将2024年2月-2025年2月在我院治疗的64例ADMB患者纳入研究，随机分为参考组和研究组，每组32例。参考组用奥氮平治疗，研究组在此基础上加用多奈哌齐，比较两组连线测试用时、激惹行为症状评分及炎性因子水平。结果 治疗前，两组各疗效指标均无明显差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组连线测试用时均缩短，研究组短于参考组（P＜0.05），两组激惹行为症状评分、炎性因子水平均下降，研究组低于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 多奈哌齐与奥氮平联合治疗ADMB患者的临床价值显著。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical value of the combination therapy of donepezil and olanzapine in the treatment of elderly patients with dementia accompanied by behavioral and psychiatric symptoms (ADMB).
Methods 64 ADMB patients treated in our hospital from February 2024 to February 2025 were included in the study and randomly divided into a reference group and a study group, with 32 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with olanzapine, while the study group was treated with donepezil on top of it. The two groups were compared in terms of the duration of the connection test, the symptom score of irritability behavior, and the level of inflammatory factors.
Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the efficacy indicators between the two groups (P>0.05); After treatment, the duration of the connection test in both groups was shortened, with the study group being shorter than the reference group (P<0.05). The symptom scores and levels of inflammatory factors in both groups decreased, with the study group being lower than the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination therapy of donepezil and olanzapine has significant clinical value in the treatment of ADMB patients.
