目的 探讨标准化病人(SP)联合文献教学在中医脑病科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法 选取广东省中医院海南医院2023年9月-2025年3月规范化培训的66名学员为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,实验组33名学生采用标准化病人联合文献教学法进行培训,对照组33名学生按照科教科要求传统教学进行培训。比较各组出科理论成绩、操作成绩及教学满意度。实验组在出科成绩及教学满意度均比对照组提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SP联合文献教学能够提高学生成绩及满意度,值得住院医师规范化培训教学中进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of Standardized Patients (SP) combined with literature-based instruction in the standardized training of residents in the TCM Encephalopathy Department. Methods Sixty-six trainees undergoing standardized training at Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine, Hainan Hospital from September 2023 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table, with 33 students in each group. The experimental group received training using the SP combined with literature-based instruction method, while the control group received traditional training as required by the Department of Medical Education. The theoretical assessment scores, practical skills assessment scores, and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group showed higher scores in both the final assessment and teaching satisfaction compared to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion SP combined with literature-based instruction can improve student performance and satisfaction, and is worthy of further promotion and application in residency standardized training.
