目的 研究在抑郁伴失眠患者的治疗过程中应用柴芩温胆汤临床效果。方法 研究分为两组同时开展治疗，随机自2024年6月至2024年12月我院收治的抑郁伴失眠患者中选取40例开展，一组（对照组）接受常规西药治疗，另一组（观察组）接受西药联合柴芩温胆汤治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果及生活质量评分。结果 观察组患者治疗结束后，治疗效果及生活质量评分均优于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 西药联合柴芩温胆汤治疗能够有效缓解抑郁伴失眠患者临床症状，对于提高患者生活质量有非常明显的作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chaiqin Wendan Tang in the treatment of patients with depression and insomnia. Methods The study was divided into two groups for simultaneous treatment. Forty patients with depression and insomnia admitted to our hospital from June 2024 to December 2024 were randomly selected for treatment. One group (control group) received conventional Western medicine treatment, while the other group (observation group) received Western medicine combined with Chaiqin Wendan Tang treatment. The treatment effects and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After treatment, the treatment effect and quality of life score of the observation group patients were better than those of the control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Western medicine and Chaiqin Wendan decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with depression and insomnia, and has a very significant effect on improving the quality of life of patients.
