目的 分析骨科围手术期联用临床护理路径和视频健康教育所起到的作用。方法 2024年1月-2025年2月本院骨科接诊手术病人（n=74）。试验组采取临床护理路径和视频健康教育，对照组行常规护理。对比依从性等指标。结果 关于健康知识认知度：试验组（91.51±3.47）分，对照组（68.43±5.13）分，P＜0.05。护理质量：试验组（98.74±0.61）分，对照组（92.15±0.94）分，P＜0.05。并发症：试验组2.7%，对照组18.92%，P＜0.05。依从性：试验组97.3%，对照组83.78%，P＜0.05。结论 骨科病人围手术期联用临床护理路径和视频健康教育，效果显著，健康知识认知度和依从性都更高，并发症更少。
Objective To analyze the effects of integrating clinical nursing pathways and video health education during the perioperative period in orthopedic surgery. Methods From January 2024 to February 2025,74 surgical patients were admitted to our hospital's orthopedic department. The experimental group received clinical nursing pathways and video health education, while the control group received routine care. Compliance and other indicators were compared. Results Regarding health knowledge awareness: The experimental group scored 91.51 ± 3.47, and the control group scored 68.43 ± 5.13, P <0.05. Nursing quality: The experimental group scored 98.74 ± 0.61, and the control group scored 92.15 ± 0.94, P <0.05. Complications: The experimental group had 2.7%, and the control group had 18.92%, P <0.05. Compliance The experimental group had 97.3%, and the control group had 83.78%, P <0.05. Conclusion Integrating clinical nursing pathways and video health education during the perioperative period for orthopedic patients has significant effects, with higher health knowledge awareness and compliance, as well as fewer complications.
