目的 调查口腔专科医院护士工作投入现状并分析其影响因素,为提高口腔专科医院护士工作投入水平提供参考依据。方法 采用一般资料调查表、工作投入量表、职业未来时间洞察力量表、家庭工作支持量表对2所三级甲等口腔专科医院260名护士进行调查。结果 三级甲等口腔专科医院护理人员工作投入总分为29.50(±7.45)分;独立样本t检验结果显示:不同年龄、职称、职位、工作年限及子女数量的护士的投入得分存在统计学差异(p<0.05),多元线性回归结果显示:职业未来时间洞察力、家庭工作支持是工作投入的独立影响因素(p<0.05),可解释总变异量的52.3%。结论 口腔专科护士工作投入处于中等水平,年龄、职称、职位、工作年限及有无子女,职业未来时间洞察力和家庭工作支持可显著影响工作投入水平。管理者应采取积极措施提高护理人员职业未来时间洞察力水平,注重家庭工作支持,从而提高其工作投入水平,保障高质量的护理工作。
Objective To investigate the status quo of nurses' job engagement in stomatological hospital and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for improving the level of nurses' job engagement in stomatological hospital. Methods 260 nurses from two first-class stomatological hospitals were investigated by general information questionnaire, work engagement scale, career future time insight scale and family work support scale. Results The total score of nurses' job involvement in the first-class stomatological hospital was 29.50 (7.45). The results of independent sample T-test showed that nurses with different ages, professional titles, positions, working years and the number of children had statistical differences (P < 0.05). The results of multiple linear regression showed that career future time insight and family work support were independent influencing factors of job engagement (P < 0.05), which could explain 52.3% of the total variance. Conclusion The job involvement of stomatological nurses is at a medium level, and their age, professional title, position, working years and whether they have children or not. The insight of career future time and family work support can significantly affect the job involvement level. Managers should take active measures to improve.
