Exploration of the clinical application of warm du activating Luo method in traditional Chinese medicine gynecology
温督活络法中医妇科临床运用探讨

摘要

目的 探究分析温督活络法中医妇科临床运用效果。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月期间，院内妇科疾病患者共102例，作为此次研究对象。整理患者出生日期，应用随机数表法，将102例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规干预，观察组在对照组的基础上结合温督活络法，对比两组干预效果；心理状态，生活质量。结果 观察组干预效果高于对照组，P＜0.05。干预前两组SAS、SDS以及SF-36评分对比无统计学意义，P＞0.05。干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，SF-36评分高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 结合温督活络法可显著改善患者干预效果；心理状态以及生活质量，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application effect of the Wen Du Huo Luo method in traditional Chinese gynecology.
Methods A total of 102 patients with gynecological diseases in the hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects. Organize the patient's date of birth and use a random number table method to randomly divide 102 patients into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine intervention, while the observation group received a combination of warming and activating collaterals on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared; Psychological state, quality of life.
Results The intervention effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P＜0.05. There was no statistically significant difference in the SAS, SDS, and SF-36 scores between the two groups before intervention, P＞0.05。 After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group, P＜0.05.
Conclusion   Combining the method of warming and activating collaterals can significantly improve the intervention effect on patients; The psychological state and quality of life are worth promoting and applying.
