Application of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with knee osteoarthritis undergoing joint replacement
优质护理干预在行关节置换术膝骨性关节炎患者中的应用

摘要

目的 将优质护理干预用于行关节置换术的膝骨性关节（KOA）患者中，对其应用价值进行探索。方法 选取2023年8月~2024年9月医院收治的90例KOA患者，以随机数字表法进行分组，各组45例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在此基础上行优质护理，比较两组髋关节功能量表（Harris）评分、视觉模拟法（VAS）、术后并发症差异。结果 两组护理前Harris、VAS评分相比无显著差异（P>0.05），护理后，观察组Harris评分更高、VAS更低（P<0.05）；两组术后并发症发生率相比，观察组2.22%更高（P<0.05）。结论 对行髋关节置换术的KOA患者而言，实施优质护理效果理想，可改善患者髋关节功能，缓解术后疼痛，并减少并发症发生，具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with knee osteoarthrosis (KOA) undergoing joint replacement.
Methods 90 patients with KOA admitted to the hospital from August 2023 to September 2024 were divided into groups by random number table method, 45 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing, the observation group received high-quality nursing on this basis, and the differences of hip function scale (Harris) score, visual analogue method (VAS) and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.
Results There were no significant differences in Harris and VAS scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the observation group had higher Harris scores and lower VAS scores (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.22% higher than that in the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For KOA patients undergoing hip replacement, the effect of high-quality nursing is ideal, which can improve hip function, relieve postoperative pain and reduce complications, and has the value of popularization.
