Analysis of the impact of standardized pain care on perioperative pain and quality of life in patients with liver cancer
规范化疼痛护理对肝癌患者围术期疼痛情况及生活质量的影响分析

摘要

目的 探讨在肝癌患者围术期实施规范化疼痛护理对其疼痛、生活质量的作用。方法 选取本院2022年5月-2024年3月收治的58例肝癌手术患者，根据奇偶数原则随机分组，对照组（常规围术期护理，29例），观察组（规范化疼痛护理，29例）。对比两组术前、术后第1、3、7d的疼痛程度（VAS视觉模拟评分法），对比两组护理前后患者的生活质量（EORTC QLQ-C30量表），并对比两组的护理满意度。结果 术后第1、3、7d的观察组的VAS评分比对照组更低，且护理后观察组EORTC QLQ-C30评分（五种功能、整体健康状况、整体生活质量）与护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对肝癌手术患者围术期内实施规范化疼痛护理有助于缓解其疼痛度，并提高患者生活质量与满意度，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of implementing standardized pain care in patients with liver cancer during the perioperative period on their pain and quality of life.
Methods Fifty-eight patients undergoing liver cancer surgery who were admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to March 2024 were selected and randomly grouped according to the odd and even number principle. The control group (conventional perioperative care, 29 cases) and the observation group (standardized pain care, 29 cases). The pain degrees of the two groups before the operation and on the 1st, 3rd, and 7th days after the operation (VAS Visual Analogue Scale) were compared. The quality of life of patients before and after nursing in the two groups (EORTC QLQ-C30 Scale) was compared, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was also compared.
Results The VAS scores of the observation group on the 1st, 3rd, and 7th days after the operation were lower than those of the control group. Moreover, the EORTC QLQ-C30 scores (five functions, overall health status, and overall quality of life) and nursing satisfaction of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of standardized pain care for patients undergoing liver cancer surgery during the perioperative period is helpful to relieve their pain degree, improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients, and is worthy of promotion.
