The application value of refined nursing model in the care of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis
精细化护理模式在肺结核患者护理中的应用价值

摘要

目的 肺结核是一种由结核分枝杆菌引起的传染病，为了有效提高患者的治愈率和生活质量，因此本文探讨精细化护理模式在肺结核患者护理中的应用效果。方法 对我院收治的肺结核患者进行深入研究，对比常规护理和精细化护理干预的应用效果。结果 观察组患者护理的满意度各项评分以及SF-36评分和SAS、SDS评分均明显优于对照组，组间存在对比意义（P＜0.05）。结论 精细化护理模式是通过个性化的护理方案、细致的病情观察、强化的健康教育以及心理护理与支持，来有效提高护理质量，进而提升肺结核患者生活质量、缓解其焦虑和抑郁情绪，以促进治疗效果的提升。

Abstract

Objective Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In order to effectively improve the cure rate and quality of life of patients, this article explores the application effect of refined nursing mode in the nursing of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.
Methods Conduct in-depth research on tuberculosis patients admitted to our hospital and compare the application effects of conventional nursing and refined nursing interventions.
Results The satisfaction scores of the observation group patients with nursing care, as well as the SF-36 score, SAS, and SDS scores, were significantly better than those of the control group, and there was a comparative significance between the groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The refined nursing model effectively improves the quality of nursing through personalized nursing plans, detailed disease observation, strengthened health education, and psychological care and support, thereby enhancing the quality of life of tuberculosis patients, alleviating their anxiety and depression, and promoting the improvement of treatment effectiveness.
