The effect of psychological nursing combined with pain specialist nursing on patients with postherpetic neuralgia
心理护理联合疼痛专科护理对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的影响

摘要

目的 探讨心理护理联合疼痛专科护理对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的影响。方法 选择于2024年1月-2024年12月期间收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者80例。将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（40例，采取常规护理方法）和观察组（40例，采用心理护理联合疼痛专科护理），对两组患者的生活质量评分、心理状态（焦虑、抑郁）评分、疼痛程度评分、睡眠质量评分以及护理满意度进行对比和评估。结果 观察组生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 心理护理联合疼痛专科护理方案能有效减轻患者疼痛，改善睡眠质量和心理状态，提高生活质量和护理满意度，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective Exploring the effect of psychological nursing combined with pain specialist nursing on patients with postherpetic neuralgia.
Methods 80 patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected. They were randomly divided into a control group (40 cases, using conventional nursing methods) and an observation group (40 cases, using psychological nursing combined with pain specialist nursing), and their quality of life scores, psychological state (anxiety, depression) scores, pain level scores, sleep quality scores, and nursing satisfaction were compared and evaluated.
Results The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The pain score and sleep quality score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of psychological nursing and pain specialist nursing can effectively alleviate patient pain, improve sleep quality and psychological state, enhance quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and has high application value.
