人文魅力医院文化在构建高效手术室护理团队中的实践与感悟

摘要

目的 总结人文魅力医院文化在构建高效手术室护理团队中的实践与感悟，并探讨对护理质量及护理满意度的影响。方法 本次研究以人文魅力医院文化建设措施建设前后为研究时间，研究对象为此期间我院手术室护理团队及手术患者，并记录人文魅力医院文化建设措施建设前后护理团队的护理质量评分，同时调查患者护理满意度，对比数据差异。结果 人文魅力医院文化建设措施建设前后对比，护理质量评分及护理满意度均见建设后高于建设前，并有明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论 人文魅力医院文化在构建高效手术室护理团队中有着重要的作用，能够促使手术室护理团队的护理质量提升，并增强患者护理满意度，在医院管理中具备推广应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To summarize the practice and insights of humanistic charm hospital culture in building an efficient operating room nursing team, and to explore its impact on nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
Methods This study was conducted over a period before and after the implementation of humanistic charm hospital culture construction measures. The subjects included the nursing team and surgical patients during this period at our hospital, with records kept on the nursing quality scores of the nursing team before and after the implementation of these measures. Patient satisfaction with nursing care was also surveyed to compare data differences.
Results Compared before and after the implementation of humanistic charm hospital culture construction measures, both nursing quality scores and patient satisfaction were significantly higher after the implementation (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Humanistic charm hospital culture plays an important role in the construction of efficient operating room nursing team, which can promote the improvement of nursing quality of operating room nursing team and enhance patient nursing satisfaction, and has the value of promotion and application in hospital management.
