骨关节置换术后患者疼痛管理的综合护理干预研究

摘要

目的 探究骨关节置换术后患者疼痛管理的综合护理干预方法及其应用效果。方法 在2024年1月至2024年12月期间，于我院骨科选取100例骨关节置换术患者，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理，实验组在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预。对比分析两组患者的疼痛程度及康复情况。结果 实验组患者术后不同时间点的疼痛评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05），且关节功能恢复情况、日常生活活动能力均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对骨关节置换术后患者实施综合护理干预，能有效减轻疼痛，促进关节功能恢复，提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention methods for pain management in patients after orthopedic joint replacement surgery and their application effects.
Methods From January 2024 to December 2024,100 patients who underwent orthopedic joint replacement surgery were selected from our hospital's orthopedic department and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention in addition to routine care. The pain levels and recovery conditions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results The pain scores at different time points post-surgery in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), and both joint function recovery and daily living activity ability were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing comprehensive nursing interventions for patients after orthopedic joint replacement surgery can effectively reduce pain, promote joint function recovery, and improve patient quality of life, making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.
