Effect and safety evaluation of emergency nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation
急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果的影响及安全性评价

摘要

目的 分析急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果的影响及安全性评价。方法 实验收入样本均为我院2023年9月至2024年9月期间收治心肺复苏后患者，共计人数80例，以电脑随机分组方式作为标准，将参与者均分为两组，即对照组（常规护理），观察组（急诊护理干预），对实施过程中两组患者相关指标数据作整理记录，结合统计学系统进行对比观察，分析急诊护理干预应用价值。结果 观察组患者并发症数据低于另一组，生理体征监测结果数据、护理满意度数据及生活质量数据相比另一组均呈现出较高优势性，组间对比P值﹤0.05，可见统计学意义。结论 心肺复苏后患者实施急诊护理干预可明显降低并发症发生率，有利于改善患者的生命体征，提高护理满意度，维护生活质量，整体效果确切，适合推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact and safety evaluation of emergency nursing intervention on the rehabilitation effect of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Methods The experimental income sample consisted of 80 patients who underwent cardiopulmonary resuscitation in our hospital from September 2023 to September 2024. The participants were randomly divided into two groups using computer randomization as the standard, namely the control group (conventional nursing) and the observation group (emergency nursing intervention). The relevant indicator data of the two groups of patients during the implementation process were sorted and recorded, and compared and observed using a statistical system to analyze the application value of emergency nursing intervention.
Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the other group, and the physiological sign monitoring results, nursing satisfaction data, and quality of life data showed a higher advantage compared to the other group. The inter group comparison had a P value<0.05, indicating statistical significance.
Conclusion   Emergency nursing intervention for patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, improve patients' vital signs, increase nursing satisfaction, maintain quality of life, and have a definite overall effect, which is suitable for promotion.
