目的 多层螺旋CT技术在小儿肺炎支原体肺炎临床诊断效能的研究。方法 本研究选取本院收治的90例临床疑似小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,所有患儿均依次完成X线检查、多层螺旋CT扫描及病原学检测。以病原学检测结果作为金标准,系统对比分析两种影像学检查方法的诊断效能差异。结果 在纳入的90例临床疑似小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿中,经病原学检测确诊为小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的病例共计66例。多层螺旋CT检查在诊断效能及影像学征象检出率方面均显著优于X线检查,两组数据差异经统计学检验均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 多层螺旋CT技术在小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床诊断中展现出显著的应用价值。
Objective Study on the efficacy of multi-slice spiral CT technology in the clinical diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods In this study, 90 children with clinically suspected Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and all children were successively examined with X-ray examination, multi-slice spiral CT scan and etiological detection. Taking the results of etiological detection as the gold standard, the differences in diagnostic performance of the two imaging methods were systematically compared and analyzed. Results Among the 90 children with clinically suspected Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia included, a total of 66 cases were confirmed to be Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia by etiological testing. Multi-slice spiral CT was significantly better than X-ray in terms of diagnostic performance and detection rate of imaging signs, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT technology has shown significant application value in the clinical diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.
