Analysis of the clinical effect of targeted nursing measures in patients with arrhythmia
针对性护理措施在心律失常患者中的临床效果分析

摘要

目的 分析对心律失常患者实施针对性护理措施的临床效果。方法 纳入60例心律失常患者为研究对象，均于2023年12月－2024年12月在我院进行治疗，通过掷硬币法将其分为两组，均30例。常规临床护理为对照组，针对性护理措施为研究组。对比两组治疗时间、心功能指标、负性情绪。结果 研究组治疗时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组心功能指标优于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组焦虑自评量表（Self-Rating Anxiety Scale，SAS）评分、抑郁自评量表（Self-Rating Depression Scale，SDS）评分优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对心律失常患者实施针对性护理措施效果显著，能够改善缩短临床治疗时间，改善患者心功能指标，并降低其负性情绪，具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of targeted nursing measures on patients with arrhythmia.
Methods A total of 60 patients with arrhythmia were enrolled as the research subjects. All of them were treated in our hospital from December 2023 to December 2024. They were divided into two groups by coin tossing method, each with 30 cases. Conventional clinical nursing was the control group, and targeted nursing measures were the study group. The treatment time, cardiac function indicators, and negative emotions of the two groups were compared.
Results The treatment time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group (P＜0.05); the cardiac function indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group (P＜0.05); the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) in the study group were better than those in the control group (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of targeted nursing measures for patients with arrhythmia has significant effects, can shorten clinical treatment time, improve patients' cardiac function indicators, and reduce their negative emotions, and has promotion value.
