Observation on the effect of family planning intervention and extended nursing service immediately after induced abortion
人工流产后即行计划生育服务干预与延续护理服务的效果观察

摘要

目的 浅析人工流产患者采用计划生育服务干预与延续护理服务进行指导的效果。方法 选取2023年10月-2024年9月收治的人工流产患者615例，对照组采用计划生育服务干预；观察组采用计划生育服务干预与延续护理服务，对比护理效果。结果 观察组患者心理社会适应能力高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组患者避孕实施率高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。最后，观察组患者人文关怀护理评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对人工流产患者实施计划生育服务干预与延续护理服务的效果显著，不仅普及了计划生育的相关内容，还针对患者的实际需求给予延续指导，有助于缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪，干预效果确切。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of family planning intervention and extended nursing service for patients with induced abortion.
Methods A total of 615 induced abortion patients from October 2023 to September 2024 were selected. The control group was treated with family planning services. The observation group was treated with family planning intervention service and extended nursing service, and the nursing effect was compared.
Results The psychosocial adaptability of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). The rate of contraceptive application in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Finally, the humanistic care nursing score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of family planning intervention and extended nursing services for patients with induced abortion is significant, which not only popularize the relevant content of family planning, but also provide continuous guidance for the actual needs of patients, which is helpful to relieve anxiety and depression, and the intervention effect is accurate.
