The use of continuum of care in immunotherapy-related adverse reactions in patients with advanced lung cancer
延续性护理在晚期肺癌患者免疫治疗相关不良反应中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨在晚期肺癌患者接受免疫治疗的过程中，应用延续性护理以管理相关不良反应的应用效果。方法 本研究以本院呼吸肿瘤内科90例接受免疫治疗的肺癌晚期住院患者为对象，依据护理方法的不同，随机将其分为两组：对照组（含45例患者，接受常规性护理）与观察组（亦含45例患者，实施延续性护理）。对两组患者的护理效果进行了全面且深入的对比分析。结果 相较于对照组，观察组患者的免疫相关不良事件发生率更低，且免疫相关不良事件的严重程度亦较轻。这些差异在统计学上均达到了显著性水平（P＜0.05）。但在致死情况方面，观察组与对照组之间并未显示出统计学上的显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论 对于晚期肺癌患者接受免疫治疗而言，延续性护理的应用能够减少免疫治疗相关不良反应的发生频率并减轻其严重程度，进而提升患者的用药安全性。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous care in the management of related adverse reactions in patients with advanced lung cancer during immunotherapy.
Methods In this study, 90 inpatients with advanced lung cancer who received immunotherapy in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Cancer Hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to different nursing methods: control group (including 45 patients, receiving routine care) and observation group (including 45 patients, receiving continuous care). A comprehensive and in-depth comparative analysis of the nursing effects of the two groups was conducted.
Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of immune-related adverse events was lower in the observation group and the severity of immune-related adverse events was milder. These differences reached a statistically significant level (P<0.05). However, there was no statistically significant difference between the observation and control groups in terms of lethality (P>0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with advanced lung cancer receiving immunotherapy, the application of continuum of care can reduce the frequency and severity of immunotherapy-related adverse reactions, thereby improving the drug safety of patients.
