The application value of bundled nursing intervention in the management of multidrug-resistant bacterial infection in critically ill patients in neurosurgery
集束化护理干预在神经外科重症患者多重耐药菌感染管理中的应用价值体会

摘要

本研究旨在探讨在神经外科重症患者中实施集束化护理干预对多重耐药菌感染管理的影响。研究方法：选取2024年2月至2025年2月间我院神经外科收治的重症患者50例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组25例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组则实施集束化护理。比较两组护理效果。研究结果：护理干预后，观察组的护理管理质量、患者依从性、多重耐药菌感染发生率及患者满意度均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究结论：对于神经外科重症患者，实施集束化护理干预能够有效提高护理质量，增强患者依从性，降低多重耐药菌感染风险，提升患者的治疗效果。

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of a cluster care intervention on the management of multiresistant bacterial infections in severe neurosurgical patients. Study method: 50 severe patients admitted to the neurosurgery of our hospital from February 2024 to February 2025 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group carried out cluster care. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups.
Results: After nursing intervention, the quality of nursing management, patient compliance, incidence of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection and patient satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : For severe neurosurgical patients, the implementation of cluster nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of care, enhance patient compliance, reduce the risk of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection, and improve the treatment effect of patients.
