目的 本文着重分析在妊娠高血压患者治护过程中临床采取基于积极心理学视角下护理干预方案的有效性,列举相关数据判定护理价值。方法 本次研究按照入院编号单双数字法将2023年5月-2024年7月期间88例妊娠高血压患者分为对照组和实验组(每组各44例),后对组间患者负性情绪及妊娠结局等相关数据进行研究比对。结果 实验组干预方案具有一定的可行性,本组患者焦虑、抑郁、孤独等负性情绪发生几率明显降低,护理后积极应对评分高,消极应对评分低于,同时不良妊娠结局发生率亦有显著降低,各数据均优于对照组,组间数据差异达到P<0.05标准。结论 基于积极心理学视角下护理干预方案对妊娠高血压患者焦虑、抑郁、孤独等负性情绪的缓解上、生活质量的改善上、改善应对方式,不良妊娠结局发生率的降低上均发挥着积极的影响作用,故建议临床大规范推广、实践。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of clinical nursing intervention programs based on positive psychology in the treatment and care of hypertensive patients in pregnancy, and to enumerate relevant data to determine the value of nursing. Methods In this study, 88 cases of hypertensive pregnancy patients from May 2023 to July 2024 were divided into control group and experimental group (44 cases in each group) according to the odd-even number of admission number, and then the relevant data of patients' negative emotions and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the groups. Results The intervention scheme of the experimental group was feasible to a certain extent. The incidence of negative emotions such as anxiety, depression and loneliness was significantly reduced in this group, and the positive coping score after nursing was higher than that of the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group. Meanwhile, the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was also significantly reduced, all the data were better than that of the control group, and the data difference between groups reached the P < 0.05 standard. Conclusion Based on the perspective of positive psychology, nursing intervention programs play a positive role in alleviating negative emotions such as anxiety, depression and loneliness, improving quality of life, improving coping styles, and reducing the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Therefore, it is recommended to promote and practice clinical norms.
