Research on the application of information management in nursing administration management
信息化管理在护理行政管理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析讨论信息化管理在护理行政管理中的应用效果。方法 选择我院2024年1月-2024年12月所接收84例护理患者为研究对象，输入电脑随机分组为观察组（信息化护理管理）与对照组（常规护理管理），各42例，将两组护理工作用时、患者满意度与护理质量相比较。结果 观察组物质领取时间、处理医嘱时间以及处理文书时间用时（13.52±2.73min、8.17±2.14min、22.15±4.06min）均短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者满意度（总满意度92.86%）高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组护理质量[操作技能（8.94±0.73）分，服务态度（8.78±0.65）分，责任心（8.95±0.71）分，应急能力（9.03±0.95）分]优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 信息化管理在护理行政管理中应用效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of information management in nursing administrative management.
Methods 84 nursing patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group (information-based nursing management) and a control group (conventional nursing management), with 42 patients in each group. The nursing work time, patient satisfaction, and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.
Results The observation group had shorter material collection time, medical order processing time, and document processing time (13.52 ± 2.73 minutes, 8.17 ± 2.14 minutes, 22.15 ± 4.06 minutes) compared to the control group (P<0.05); The satisfaction rate of the observation group patients (total satisfaction rate 92.86%) was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The nursing quality of the observation group [operating skills score (8.94 ± 0.73), service attitude score (8.78 ± 0.65), sense of responsibility score (8.95 ± 0.71), emergency response ability score (9.03 ± 0.95)] was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of information management in nursing administrative management has shown significant effects and is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
