Clinical efficacy analysis of calcitriol capsules combined with alendronate sodium and vitamin D2 phosphate calcium tablets in the treatment of elderly osteoporosis
骨化三醇胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠、维D2磷葡钙片治疗老年骨质疏松症的临床效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨骨化三醇胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠、维D2磷葡钙片治疗老年骨质疏松症的临床效果分析。方法 选择2024年1月-2024年12月期间内收治的老年骨质疏松症患者60例，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组和观察组，两组各30例，其中对照组采取常规治疗，观察组采用骨化三醇胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠、维D2磷葡钙片治疗。对两组患者的临床疗效、骨密度、疼痛程度及活动能力评分进行对比和评估。结果 观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的骨密度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组疼痛程度及活动能力评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对老年骨质疏松症患者实施骨化三醇胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠、维D2磷葡钙片治疗可取得明显的效果，显著降低患者疼痛程度，改善其骨密度和提高活动能力。有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of calcitriol capsules combined with alendronate sodium and vitamin D2 phosphate calcium tablets in the treatment of elderly osteoporosis.
Methods Sixty elderly patients with osteoporosis admitted between January 2024 and December 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group received treatment with calcitriol capsules combined with alendronate sodium and vitamin D2 phosphate calcium tablets. Compare and evaluate the clinical efficacy, bone density, pain level, and activity ability scores of two groups of patients.
Results The treatment efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The bone density of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The pain level and activity ability scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis with calcitriol capsules combined with alendronate sodium and vitamin D2 phosphate calcium tablets can achieve significant results, significantly reduce patient pain, improve bone density, and enhance mobility. Has high application value.
