摘要

目的 分析卵巢癌围手术期中优化手术室护理配合的效果。方法 参与本次研究的患者为我院在2024年7月1日至2024年9月30日，纳入患者的数量为48例，通过随机平衡的方式分成了对照组和实验组，每组24例患者，对照组常规护理，实验组，优化手术室护理配合，对比两组患者的围术期指标、生活质量以及心理状态。结果 两组患者提供不同的护理措施后，提供优化手术室护理配合的实验组患者围术期指标优于对照组，p<0.05，分析患者生活质量，实验组患者生活质量高于对照组，p<0.05，对比患者心理状态，实验组患者心理状态更为稳定，p<0.05。结论 对卵巢癌患者围手术期提供优化手术室护理配合，可以改善患者围术期指标，提升其生活质量，改善其心理状态，值得在临床进一步推广实施。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of optimizing operating room nursing cooperation during the perioperative period of ovarian cancer.
Methods The patients participating in this study were enrolled in our hospital from July 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024. A total of 48 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 24 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received optimized operating room nursing care. The perioperative indicators, quality of life, and psychological status of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results After providing different nursing measures to the two groups of patients, the experimental group that provided optimized surgical room nursing cooperation had better perioperative indicators than the control group, p<0.05, Analyzing the quality of life of patients, the experimental group had a higher quality of life than the control group, p<0.05, Compared with the psychological state of patients, the experimental group had a more stable psychological state, p<0.05.
Conclusion   Providing optimized operating room nursing cooperation for ovarian cancer patients during the perioperative period can improve their perioperative indicators, enhance their quality of life, and improve their psychological state. It is worth further promoting and implementing in clinical practice.
