Research progress on positive psychological capital intervention to alleviate negative emotions in GDM patients
积极心理资本干预对减轻GDM患者负性情绪的研究进展

摘要

近年来，GDM发病率逐年上升，我国患病率高达14.8%，远高于全球平均水平。GDM属产科高风险，易致剖宫产、巨大儿、超大胎龄儿及新生儿低血糖等并发症，增加母婴患病风险。GDM患者确诊后常产生应激反应，引发焦虑和自我效能感下降，导致激素分泌上升，血糖升高，病情加重。临床治疗GDM侧重饮食运动疗法和药物，心理护理干预不足。笔者采用积极心理资本理念，通过护理干预提高患者心理韧性，促进疾病治疗和自我管理，降低发病率和母婴并发症。

Abstract

In recent years, the incidence rate of GDM has increased year by year. The prevalence rate in China is as high as 14.8%, far higher than the global average. GDM is a high-risk obstetric condition that can lead to complications such as cesarean section, macrosomia, macrosomia, and neonatal hypoglycemia, increasing the risk of maternal and infant diseases. GDM patients often experience stress reactions after diagnosis, leading to anxiety and decreased self-efficacy, resulting in increased hormone secretion, elevated blood sugar, and worsening of the condition. Clinical treatment of GDM focuses on diet, exercise therapy, and medication, with insufficient psychological nursing intervention. The author adopts the concept of positive psychological capital, improves patients' psychological resilience through nursing intervention, promotes disease treatment and self-management, and reduces incidence rate and maternal and infant complications.
