Analysis of the effect of problem tracking nursing on patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
问题跟踪护理用于造血干细胞移植期患者的效果分析

摘要

目的 探究造血干细胞移植期患者护理中采取问题跟踪护理干预的效果。方法 本次研究抽取2022年1月至2023年1月间收治的42例造血干细胞移植期患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法，将这些患者均分为参考组与实验组，每组各21例。参考组施行常规护理措施，而实验组则采用问题跟踪护理模式。研究的主要目的是对比分析两组在不良反应发生率以及护理满意度方面的差异。结果 统计结果显示，实验组不良反应发生率明显较低（9.52%），相比之下，参考组的发生率高达（42.86%）（P＜0.05）。在护理满意度方面，实验组满意度（100.00%）高于参考组（61.90%）（P＜0.05）。结论 在造血干细胞移植期患者的护理实践中，实施问题跟踪护理干预策略，能够有效降低不良反应的发生率，并显著提升患者的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of problem tracking nursing intervention in the care of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
Methods The subjects of this study were 42 patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and the sampling period was from January 2022 to January 2023. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group. The reference group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received problem tracking nursing care, with 21 patients in each group. Compare the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction between two groups.
Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group (9.52%) was lower than that in the reference group (42.86%) (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group (100.00%) was higher than that of the reference group (61.90%) (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Adopting problem tracking nursing interventions in the care of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can help reduce adverse reactions and improve patient satisfaction. This method is worth promoting.
