Study on the application of comprehensive nursing in patients with acute epidemic keratoconjunctivitis
全面护理在流行性急性角结膜炎患者中的运用研究

摘要

目的 探讨全面护理在流行性急性角结膜炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年3月至2025年3月间收治的37例流行性急性角结膜炎患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组（18例）和对照组（19例）。对照组接受常规护理，而观察组则接受全面护理。对两种护理模式的效果进行对比分析。结果 与对照组相比，观察组的护理质量及患者遵医行为显著提高，患者的焦虑情绪改善更为显著，治疗期间并发症发生率更低，患者视力恢复效果评分更高，生活质量显著提升，且组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在流行性急性角结膜炎患者的治疗过程中实施全面护理干预，能够有效提升临床护理服务的整体质量，增强患者的身心舒适度，提高患者的治疗配合度，降低并发症发生率，改善患者的视力功能恢复状况，并显著提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effects of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of patients with epidemic acute keratoconjunctivitis.
Methods A total of 37 patients with epidemic acute keratoconjunctivitis admitted between March 2024 and March 2025 were selected, and they were randomly divided into an observation group (18 cases) and a control group (19 cases) using a random number table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The effectiveness of the two nursing models was compared and analyzed.
Results Compared to the control group, the quality of care and patient compliance in the observation group significantly improved, anxiety levels decreased more markedly, the incidence of complications during treatment was lower, visual acuity recovery scores were higher, and quality of life was significantly improved, with statistically significant differences between the groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing comprehensive nursing interventions in the treatment of patients with epidemic acute keratoconjunctivitis can effectively enhance the overall quality of clinical nursing services, increase patients 'physical and mental comfort, improve patient cooperation with treatment, reduce the incidence of complications, improve visual function recovery, and significantly enhance patients' quality of life.
