Observation and value analysis of humanized nursing in complex tooth extraction surgery in oral outpatient department
口腔门诊复杂拔牙术中的人性化护理的效果观察及价值分析

摘要

目的 观察对口腔门诊复杂拔牙术患者实施人性化护理的临床效果。方法 选择院内60例口腔门诊复杂拔牙术患者（2023/5-2024/5），随机分为对照组（常规护理）、实验组（人性化护理）。收集生命体征、疼痛程度、负性情绪、生活质量情况，对比分析护理效果。结果 与对照组（常规护理）相比，实验组（人性化护理）舒张压、收缩压、心率、疼痛程度评分显著更低（P<0.05）；负性情绪评分（焦虑评分/抑郁评分）降低更显著（P<0.05）；生活质量评分（角色功能/情绪功能/认知功能/社会功能/躯体功能/总体健康）提升更显著（P<0.05）。结论 人性化护理可以有效改善负性情绪，促进口腔门诊复杂拔牙术患者生命体征稳定，减少疼痛感，减少心理压力，提高生活质量，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective Observe the clinical effect of implementing humanized nursing for patients undergoing complex tooth extraction in dental clinics.
Methods Sixty patients (2023/5-2024/5) who underwent complex tooth extraction surgery in the dental clinic were selected and randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an experimental group (humanized nursing). Collect vital signs, pain levels, negative emotions, and quality of life, and compare and analyze nursing effects.
Results Compared with the control group (conventional nursing), the experimental group (humanized nursing) had significantly lower scores in diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, and pain level (P<0.05); The negative emotion score (anxiety score/depression score) decreased more significantly (P<0.05); The improvement in quality of life scores (role function/emotional function/cognitive function/social function/physical function/overall health) was more significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Humanized nursing can effectively improve negative emotions, promote stable vital signs, reduce pain, alleviate psychological pressure, and improve the quality of life of patients undergoing complex tooth extraction in dental clinics. It has high practical value.
