在数字经济与区域开放协同发展的时代背景下,厦门集美区作为海峡西岸经济区的重要节点,面临产业升级与国际贸易能级提升的双重挑战。本文基于产业集聚与产业升级理论,构建“数字密度-创新黏性-开放能级”三维分析框架,结合苏州工业园、深圳龙岗等国内先进区域的实践经验,通过实证分析与案例对比,系统诊断集美区产业发展的结构性矛盾与国际贸易短板。研究发现:集美区存在台资企业技术依存度高、数字服务贸易占比不足及海铁联运通道能级衰减等问题,其本质源于产业集聚的“创新黏性缺失”与开放体系的“价值控制薄弱”。对此,研究提出“双轮驱动-开放协同”发展路径,构建“标准-数据-服务”三位一体的国际贸易新范式。研究为沿海台资密集区突破“代工依赖”、实现“创新突围”提供了理论框架与实践启示,对推动区域高质量发展具有现实意义。
Against the backdrop of digital economy development and regional open synergy, Xiamen Jimei District, a pivotal node in the Western Taiwan Strait Economic Zone, faces dual challenges of industrial upgrading and enhancing international trade capabilities. Drawing on theories of industrial agglomeration and upgrading, this study constructs a three-dimensional analytical framework of "digital density–innovation stickiness–open capacity." By integrating empirical analysis and comparative case studies with advanced domestic regions such as Suzhou Industrial Park and Shenzhen Longgang, it systematically diagnoses structural contradictions and international trade weaknesses in Jimei's industrial development. Key findings reveal issues including high technological dependence on Taiwanese-funded enterprises, insufficient proportion of digital service trade, and declining capacity of sea-rail inter-modal transport channels. These problems stem fundamentally from the "lack of innovation stickiness" in industrial agglomeration and "weak value chain control" in the open system. In response, the study proposes a "dual-wheel drive–open synergy" development pathway and advocates for a new international trade paradigm integrating "standards–data–services." The research provides theoretical and practical insights for coastal Taiwanese investment-intensive regions to break free from "OEM dependency" and achieve "innovation breakthroughs," offering actionable significance for promoting regional high-quality development.
