目的 探究妊娠期肝胆胰疾病的护理干预对产妇恢复速度的影响。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月在我院分娩且患有妊娠期肝胆胰疾病的100例产妇，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组50例。对照组采用常规护理，实验组在常规护理基础上实施针对性护理干预。结果 实验组产妇的平均住院时间显著短于对照组（P<0.05）；肝功能指标和血糖水平等身体指标恢复至正常范围的时间明显早于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对妊娠期患有肝胆胰疾病的产妇实施针对性护理干预，能有效加快产妇恢复速度，促进产妇身体康复，在临床护理中具有重要的推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention of hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases during pregnancy on the speed of maternal recovery. Methods 100 women who delivered in our hospital and had pregnancy from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine care, and the experimental group implemented targeted nursing intervention based on routine care. Results The mean length of hospitalization in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05); the return to normal range such as liver function index and blood glucose level was significantly earlier than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing intervention for pregnant women with hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases during pregnancy can effectively speed up the maternal recovery, promote maternal physical rehabilitation, and has important promotion value in clinical nursing.
