Application of psychological nursing in the care of patients with limb fractures and analysis of its impact on pain
心理护理在四肢骨折患者护理中的应用及对疼痛的影响分析

摘要

目的 分析四肢骨折患者临床应用心理护理的效果及对其疼痛的影响。方法 纳入我院2024年1月~2025年1月内收治的四肢骨折患者82例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（常规心理护理）和观察组（优质心理护理）各41例，对比两组护理效果。结果 干预前两组心理状态评分和疼痛评分差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05），干预后观察组患者心理状态评分均低于对照组，且干预后不同时段（干预后1d、2d、3d）观察组疼痛评分也较对照组更低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床中对四肢骨折患者行优质心理护理干预能够显著改善其心理状态，维护心理健康，降低疼痛，具有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical application of psychological nursing on patients with limb fractures and its impact on their pain.
Methods 82 patients with limb fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were randomly divided into a control group (routine psychological care) and an observation group (high-quality psychological care), with 41 patients in each group, using a random number table method. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results There was no statistically significant difference in psychological state scores and pain scores between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the psychological state scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the pain scores of the observation group were also lower than those of the control group at different time periods (1d, 2d, 3d after intervention), and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   High quality psychological nursing intervention for patients with limb fractures in clinical practice can significantly improve their psychological state, maintain their mental health, reduce pain, and has high practical value.
