Analysis of the impact of rapid rehabilitation nursing based on Hogan's theory on postoperative intestinal function recovery in patients with colorectal cancer
基于Hogan理论的快速康复护理对结直肠癌患者术后肠道功能恢复的影响分析

摘要

目的 探讨Hogan理论框架下的快速康复护理模式如何促进结直肠癌患者术后肠道功能的恢复进程。方法 在2023年1月至2024年1月期间，选取56例结直肠癌手术患者作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法将这些患者均分为两组：参考组和实验组，每组各有28例患者。参考组接受常规康复护理方案，而实验组则采取基于Hogan理论快速康复护理策略。对比两组术后恢复时间及并发症发生率。结果 实验组术后恢复各项时间均低于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组并发症发生率低于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 实施基于Hogan理论的快速康复护理方案，对于促进结直肠癌患者术后肠道功能的恢复具有积极作用，并能有效减少并发症的发生。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing based on Hogan's theory on postoperative intestinal function recovery in patients with colorectal cancer.
Methods The subjects of this study were 56 patients with colorectal cancer, and the sampling period was from January 2023 to January 2024. The above patients were all treated with surgery and divided into a reference group and an experimental group according to the random number table method. The reference group received routine rehabilitation nursing, while the experimental group received rapid rehabilitation nursing based on Hogan's theory, with 28 cases in each group. Compare the postoperative recovery time and incidence of complications between two groups.
Results The postoperative recovery time of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Rapid rehabilitation nursing based on Hogan's theory is helpful for the recovery of intestinal function in colorectal cancer patients after surgery, and can also reduce the occurrence of complications. This method is worth promoting.
