Evaluation of short-term efficacy and nursing safety of artificial liver in patients with liver failure
人工肝治疗肝衰竭患者的近期疗效及护理安全性评估

摘要

目的 评估人工肝治疗肝衰竭患者的近期疗效及安全性，并探讨护理在其中的作用。方法 2023年8月到2024年9月期间，将我院收治的20例肝衰竭患者纳入研究，设计严格双盲随机对照实验，各组10例。观察组进行人工肝治疗并配合综合护理，对照组采用常规内科治疗及常规护理。观察指标为两组患者的肝功能指标、并发症发生情况、生存率及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的肝功能指标改善情况优于对照组（P<0.05），护理干预有助于提高治疗依从性和舒适度。两组患者的并发症发生率、死亡率无显著差异（P>0.05），但观察组患者的护理满意度较高。结论 人工肝治疗可以有效改善肝衰竭患者的肝功能，近期疗效良好，安全性较高，同时，针对性的护理措施可提升患者的治疗体验和依从性，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy and safety of artificial liver in the treatment of patients with liver failure, and to explore the role of nursing.
Methods From August 2023 to September 2024, 20 patients with liver failure in our hospital were included in the study, and a strict double-blind randomized controlled experiment was designed, with 10 cases in each group. The observation group received artificial liver treatment combined with comprehensive nursing, and the control group received conventional medical treatment and routine nursing. The observation indexes were liver function index, complication occurrence, survival rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.
Results The improvement of liver function indexes in observation group was better than that in control group (P<0.05). Nursing intervention was helpful to improve treatment compliance and comfort. There were no significant differences in the incidence of complications and mortality between the two groups (P>0.05), but the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher.
Conclusion   Artificial liver therapy can effectively improve the liver function of patients with liver failure, with good short-term efficacy and high safety. Meanwhile, targeted nursing measures can improve the treatment experience and compliance of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
