摘要

随着全球化进程的加快与教育理念的革新,大学英语课程在语言教学之外承担起了更加重要的社会功能——思政教育。通过引入“第三空间”理论,本文探讨了大学英语课程思政教育的现状与挑战,分析了如何在跨文化交际中融入思政教育元素。文章首先回顾了大学英语与思政教育的融合路径,然后分析了当前教育实践中存在的困境,包括课程内容割裂、教学方式单一等问题。最后,本文提出了创新教学方法与多元评价机制等优化策略,旨在推动大学英语课程思政教育的深度融合,培养具有全球视野与社会责任感的新时代人才。

Abstract

With the acceleration of globalization and the innovation of educational concepts, college English courses have taken on a more significant social function beyond language teaching—ideological and political education. Using the "Third Space" theory, this paper explores the current situation and challenges of integrating ideological and political education into college English courses, and analyzes how to incorporate ideological education elements in cross-cultural communication. The paper first reviews the integration paths of college English and ideological education, then analyzes the existing challenges in educational practice, including content fragmentation and single teaching methods. Finally, it proposes optimization strategies, such as innovative teaching methods and a multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism, aimed at promoting the deep integration of ideological and political education into college English courses, thereby fostering the development of students with a global vision and a sense of social responsibility.
