Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of modified Zhigancao decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia
炙甘草汤加减治疗冠心病心律失常的临床效果及安全性分析

摘要

目的 分析临床治疗冠心病心律失常使用炙甘草汤加减治疗的效果，并评估用药安全性。方法 研究病例从我院冠心病心律失常住院患者中选取，病例总数80例，选取时间段2022年3月-2023年3月，根据数字排序分组，单数对照组（40例，常规治疗），双数观察组（40例，炙甘草汤加减治疗），对两组心功能指标（CO、LVEF、SV）、临床指标（乏力、气短、心悸消失时间）及不良反应进行比较。结果 与对照组相较，观察组CO、LVEF、SV指标更优，乏力、气短、心悸消失时间更短，不良反应少，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 冠心病心律失常采取炙甘草汤加减治疗临床效果较佳，可有效改善心功能指标及临床指标，减少不良反应，用药安全性高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Zhigancao Tang in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia.
Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia in our hospital were selected for the study. The time period was from March 2022 to March 2023, and the patients were divided into two groups according to numerical sorting. The control group consisted of 40 odd cases and the observation group consisted of 40 even cases. Both groups received conventional treatment and reduced treatment with Zhigancao decoction. The cardiac function indicators (SV, LVEF, CO), clinical indicators (fatigue, shortness of breath, disappearance time of palpitations), and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had better cardiac function indicators, better clinical indicators, and a lower incidence of adverse reactions, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The clinical effect of modified Zhigancao decoction is better for treating coronary heart disease arrhythmia, which can effectively improve cardiac function indicators and clinical indicators, reduce adverse reactions, and have high medication safety.
