目的 本研究评估维生素D在儿童身高促进治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2024年1月至2024年12月期间在保健科治疗的80名0-6岁儿童,随机分为两组:治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例)。治疗组每日给予适量的维生素D补充,对照组维持常规饮食和运动干预。所有儿童在治疗前、治疗后3个月、6个月进行身高、体重及维生素D水平的检测,分析不同组别在身高增幅、维生素D水平变化等方面的差异。结果 治疗组儿童在治疗后6个月的身高增幅显著高于对照组,且维生素D水平有明显升高。维生素D治疗组在身高增幅方面的平均增加值为10.5±0.8 cm,而对照组为7.2±0.6 cm(P<0.05)。维生素D水平治疗组平均增加了15.2 ng/ml,对照组仅为4.3 ng/ml(P<0.05)。治疗组中维生素D缺乏的儿童比例明显下降。结论 维生素D补充能够显著促进儿童的身高增长,并改善维生素D水平,对儿童的生长状况方面具有积极影响。
Objective This study evaluates the application effect of vitamin D in children's height promotion treatment. Methods 80 children aged 0-6 years who were treated in the health care department from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The treatment group was given an appropriate amount of vitamin D supplementation every day, and the control group maintained a regular diet and exercise intervention. All children were tested for height, weight and vitamin D levels before treatment, 3 months and 6 months after treatment, and the differences in height increase and vitamin D level changes between different groups were analyzed. Results The height increase of children in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group 6 months after treatment, and the vitamin D level was significantly increased. The average increase in height increase in the vitamin D treatment group was 10.5±0.8 cm, while that in the control group was 7.2±0.6 cm (P<0.05). The vitamin D level in the treatment group increased by an average of 15.2 ng/ml, while that in the control group was only 4.3 ng/ml (P<0.05). The proportion of children with vitamin D deficiency in the treatment group decreased significantly. Conclusion Vitamin D supplementation can significantly promote children's height growth and improve vitamin D levels, which has a positive effect on children's growth status.
