Analysis of the application effect and infection incidence of preventive nursing in elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery
预防性护理在老年高血压脑出血术后患者中的应用效果及感染发生率

摘要

目的 分析老年高血压脑出血术后患者使用预防性护理的效果。方法 选取2024年1月~2025年1月内我院收治的老年高血压脑出血手术治疗患者48例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（预防性护理）各24例，对比两组护理效果。结果 干预前两组血压指标差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05），干预后观察组收缩压和舒张压均较对照组更低，且感染总发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床中对老年高血压脑出血术后患者实施预防性护理干预能够帮助患者控制血压，减少术后感染的发生，具有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of preventive nursing in elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery.
Methods 48 elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (preventive nursing), with 24 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure indicators between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the observation group had lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure than the control group, and the total incidence of infection was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In clinical practice, implementing preventive nursing interventions for elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery can help control blood pressure and reduce the incidence of postoperative infections, which has high practical value.
