Effect of fine nursing on patients with severe pneumonia with prone position ventilation
精细化护理对俯卧位通气重症肺炎患者的影响

摘要

目的 探讨精细化护理在俯卧位通气重症肺炎患者中的应用效果，并分析其对患者康复的影响。方法 选择我院呼吸与危重症科于2023年1月-2024年1月收治的60例重症肺炎患者作为研究对象，所有患者均采用俯卧位通气治疗。将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。观察组采用精细化护理，对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患者的护理效果，如两组患者的临床症状改善时间、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果 相较于对照组，观察组患者的各项临床症状改善时间均更短（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 精细化护理在俯卧位通气重症肺炎患者中的应用效果显著，能够有效缩短临床症状改善时间，降低并发症发生率，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing in prone position ventilation patients with severe pneumonia, and analyze its impact on the rehabilitation of patients.
Methods 60 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to the Respiratory and Critical Care Department of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects, all of whom were treated with prone position ventilation. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group received refined nursing, and the control group received routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared, such as the improvement time of clinical symptoms, complication rate and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.
Results Compared with the control group, the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter (P < 0.05). The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of fine nursing in prone position ventilation patients with severe pneumonia is significant, can effectively shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms, reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
