Nursing analysis of fibrobronchoscopic lavage in the treatment of severe pneumonia
纤维支气管镜灌洗术用于治疗重症肺炎的护理分析

摘要

目的 观察分析纤维支气管镜灌洗术用于治疗重症肺炎的护理措施及临床效果。方法 选择院内呼吸与危重症医学科就诊的40例接受纤维支气管镜灌洗术治疗的重症肺炎患者（样本纳入例数：40例；样本纳入时间：2023年5月至2024年5月），以随机数字为基础分组方式，分为对照、实验两个小组，观察例数高度一致。分别实施常规护理，全面护理。收集分析护理效果。结果 与对照组（常规护理）相比，实验组（全面护理）血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压更高，动脉血二氧化碳分压更低，生活质量评分（角色功能/情绪功能/认知功能/社会功能/躯体功能/总体健康）更高，并发症发生率更低（P<0.05）。结论 全面护理可以有效减少接受纤维支气管镜灌洗术治疗的重症肺炎患者并发症发生率，改善血气指标，促进恢复，提高生活质量，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the nursing measures and clinical effects of fiber bronchoscopy lavage in the treatment of severe pneumonia.
Methods 40 patients with severe pneumonia who received fiberbronchoscopic lavage were selected from the Department of Respiratory and critical care medicine in our hospital (sample included: 40 cases; Sample inclusion time: May 2023 to May 2024) was divided into control and experimental groups based on random numbers, and the number of observed cases was highly consistent. Implement routine nursing and comprehensive nursing respectively. The nursing effect was collected and analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group (conventional care), the experimental group (comprehensive care) had higher oxygen saturation, lower partial pressure of arterial oxygen, lower partial pressure of arterial carbon dioxide, higher quality of life score (role function/emotional function/cognitive function/social function/physical function/general health), and lower complication rate (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve blood gas index, promote recovery and improve quality of life in patients with severe pneumonia treated with bronchoscopy lavage, and has high application value.
