Nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine on elderly patients with tumor cachexia
中医因质施护对老年肿瘤恶病质患者的护理效果

摘要

目的 研究针对老年肿瘤恶病质患者展开，重点探讨中医因质施护的临床应用效果。方法 取2022年1月到2025年1月100例我院收治的老年肿瘤恶病质患者作为本次研究对象，通过电脑盲选且均分的形式将患者分别纳入参照组及研究组，并给予参照组常规护理干预，给予研究组中医因质施护干预，观察护理效果，统计患者护理后生活质量评分、负性情绪评分、营养状态评分、护理满意度，对比统计各项数据，分析组间差异。结果 患者护理后生活质量评分对比研究组高于参照组；护理后SAS、SDS评分对比研究组低于参照组；患者护理后PG-SGA评分对比研究组低于参照组；两组护理满意度对比研究组高于参照组；组间数据对比差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论 中医因质施护对老年肿瘤恶病质患者的护理效果显著，患者生活质量提升，同时缓解负性情绪，并有助于改善患者整体营养状态，增强体质量，效果获得患者满意，值得应用。

Abstract

Objective This study focused on elderly patients with tumor cachexia, focusing on the clinical application effect of traditional Chinese medicine care based on quality.
Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with tumor cachexia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected as the objects of this study. The patients were included in the reference group and the research group respectively through blind computer selection and equalization, and routine nursing intervention was given to the reference group and traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention was given to the research group to observe the nursing effect. The quality of life score, negative emotion score, nutritional status score and nursing satisfaction of patients after nursing care were analyzed, and all data were compared and statistically analyzed.
Results The quality of life score after nursing was higher in the comparison group than in the reference group; The scores of SAS and SDS after nursing were lower in the study group than in the reference group. The PG-SGA score after nursing was lower in the study group than in the reference group; The nursing satisfaction of the comparison group was higher than that of the reference group. There was significant difference in data comparison between groups (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   TCM quality based care has significant nursing effect on elderly patients with tumor cachexia, improving the quality of life of patients, relieving negative emotions, improving the overall nutritional status of patients and enhancing body mass. The effect is satisfactory to patients, and it is worth applying.
