Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with digestive tract polyps after endoscopic resection
综合护理对消化道息肉患者内镜切除术后的干预效果

摘要

目的 考察分析综合护理对消化道息肉患者内镜切除术后的干预效果。方法 启动期限2023年7月至2024年7月，纳入样本为本时段院内接受治疗的消化道息肉患者，人数共计86例，按照1∶1比例进行随机分组，每组（n=43）。参照组：给予常规护理服务方案，研究组：给予综合护理服务方案，最终评价不同干预策略下的疗效作用。比对两组患者在精神状况、情感职能、躯体功能、社会功能各项评分、心理状态评分、并发症发生率、护理满意度方案的差异表现。结果 研究组各项指标均显优参照组，P＜0.05。结论 对于消化道息肉内镜切除术患者而言，综合护理服务方案的应用价值更高，一方面能切实降低患者不良反应发生率，改善患者负面情绪，提高患者生活质量，另一方面可增进护患友谊，提高患者对护理工作的满意程度。

Abstract

Objective To investigate and analyze the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing on endoscopic resection in patients with gastrointestinal polyps.
Methods During the starting period from July 2023 to July 2024, the included sample was the patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated in the hospital during this period. A total of 86 cases were randomized according to the ratio of 1∶1 in each group (n=43). Reference group: give routine care service program, study group: give comprehensive care service program, and finally evaluate the efficacy effect under different intervention strategies. Compare the different performance of the two groups in mental status, emotional function, physical function, social function score, mental state score, complication rate, and nursing satisfaction program.
Results All the indicators in the study group, P ＜0.05.
Conclusion   For patients with endoscopic resection of gastrointestinal polyps, the application value of comprehensive nursing service program is higher. On the one hand, it can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the negative emotions and improve the quality of life of patients; on the other hand, it can enhance the friendship between nurses and patients and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.
