The application of high-quality nursing combined with high-frequency vibration sputum excretion device in in patients with tumor radiotherapy pneumonia
优质护理联合高频震动排痰仪在肿瘤放疗患者肺炎中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨优质护理联合高频震动排痰仪在肿瘤患者放疗后相关肺炎的应用。方法 选取2023年12月-2024年12月收治的60例肿瘤相关肺炎患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为对照组和试验组，每组各30例（n=30），对照组采用常规雾化吸入、指导有效咳嗽、用药护理等方案；试验组采用优质护理服务结合高频震动排痰仪等护理方案，比较两组患者护理干预前后的肺功能与生活质量。结果 护理后试验组肺功能指标水平高于对照组（P<0.05）；护理后试验组患者的WHOQOL-BREF量表各维度均高于对照组（P0.05）；结论 优质护理联合高频震动排痰仪在肿瘤相关肺炎患者中的应用效果显著，可显著改善患者肺功能，提升患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to examine the efficacy of integrating high-quality nursing care with the use of a high-frequency vibration sputum discharge instrument in the management of pneumonia in cancer patients following radiotherapy.
Methods Sixty patients diagnosed with tumor-related pneumonia, admitted between December 2023 and December 2024, were selected as participants for this study. The participants were randomly assigned to either the control group or the experimental group using a random number table method, with each group comprising 30 individuals (n=30). The control group received standard care, which included routine nebulization therapy, effective cough guidance, medication management, and other conventional interventions. In contrast, the experimental group received an enhanced nursing care protocol, which incorporated high-quality nursing services in conjunction with a high-frequency vibration sputum clearance device. The study aimed to compare the pulmonary function and quality of life between the two groups before and after the nursing interventions.
Results Following the nursing intervention, the lung function index in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Additionally, the WHOQOL-BREF scale scores for patients in the study group exceeded those of the control group across all dimensions (P<0.05). The research results require changes in indicators.
Conclusion   The integration of high-quality nursing care with the use of high-frequency vibration sputum discharge instruments in patients with tumor-associated pneumonia demonstrates significant efficacy, notably enhancing pulmonary function and improving patients' quality of life.
