Application of 5A nursing model in the whole process management of AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis
5A护理模式对艾滋病合并肺结核患者全程管理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 评估5A护理模式在艾滋病并发肺结核患者全面管理流程中的应用成效。方法 本项研究选取了在2019年1月至2023年12月期间，由韶关市粤北第二人民医院感染科确诊的60例艾滋病合并肺结核病例作为分析样本。这些病例通过随机数字表法被均衡地划分为两个组别：对照组与干预组，每组包含30例。对照组实施常规护理策略，而干预组则采用了5A护理模式。研究旨在对比两组在负面情绪水平及自我效能评分方面的表现。结果 相较于参考组，实验组展现出了更低的负面情绪水平，且这一差异在统计学上显著（P＜0.05）。同时，实验组在自我效能评分上高于参考组，此差异同样具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在艾滋病合并肺结核患者的全面管理进程中，5A护理模式的应用展现出了显著效果，不仅有效减轻了患者的负面情绪，还提升了其自我效能。这一护理策略在临床实践中具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of 5A nursing model in the comprehensive management process of AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
Methods This study selected 60 cases of AIDS complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis confirmed by the Infection Department of the Second People's Hospital of Northern Guangdong in Shaoguan City from January 2019 to December 2023 as the analysis samples. These cases were evenly divided into two groups using a random number table method: a control group and an intervention group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine nursing strategies, while the intervention group adopted the 5A nursing model. The study aims to compare the performance of two groups in terms of negative emotion levels and self-efficacy scores.
Results Compared with the reference group, the experimental group showed lower levels of negative emotions, and this difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the experimental group had a higher self-efficacy score than the reference group, and this difference was also statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of comprehensive management of AIDS patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, the application of 5A nursing mode has shown significant effects, which not only effectively alleviates the negative emotions of patients, but also improves their self-efficacy. This nursing strategy has high promotional value in clinical practice.
