Application of stress injury nursing management in CRRT treatment and nursing of critically ill patients in ICU
压力性损伤护理管理在ICU危重患者CRRT治疗护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨压力性损伤护理管理在ICU危重患者连续性肾脏替代治疗（CRRT）护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2023年4月到2024年4月我院ICU接受CRRT治疗的危重患者100例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（n=50例，常规护理）与实验组（n=50例，压力性损伤护理管理）。对比两组舒适度、营养状态、护理满意度、生活质量。结果 实验组舒适度、营养状态、护理满意度以及生活质量均优于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在ICU危重患者CRRT治疗护理中应用压力性损伤护理管理可有效提高患者生活质量，促进康复。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of pressure injury nursing management in continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) nursing for critically ill patients in ICU.
Methods 100 critically ill patients who received CRRT treatment in our ICU from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group (n=50, conventional nursing) and an experimental group (n=50, pressure injury nursing management). Compare the comfort level, nutritional status, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life between two groups.
Results The comfort level, nutritional status, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of stress injury nursing management in CRRT treatment and nursing of critically ill patients in ICU can effectively improve their quality of life and promote rehabilitation.
