The value of bundle nursing in improving the incidence of complications in postpartum hemorrhage patients
集束化护理改善产后出血患者并发症发生率的价值研究

摘要

目的 探究产后出血患者采用集束化护理对并发症发生率改善的应用价值。方法 选取2023年9月至2024年3月我院收治的50例产后出血患者作为观察对象。随机分为对照组（25例）和观察组（25例）。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用集束化护理干预。对比两组患者护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 护理后，观察组患护理满意度明显高于对照组，并发症发生情况更低。其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 集束化护理在产后出血患者的应用，可有效改善并发症发生情况，提高患者护理满意度，为产后出血患者的护理提供了更为科学有效的模式，具有重要的临床推广价值，值得在产科护理中广泛应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of bundle nursing in improving the incidence of complications in postpartum hemorrhage patients.
Methods Fifty postpartum hemorrhage patients admitted to our hospital from September 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into a control group (25 cases) and an observation group (25 cases). The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received bundled nursing intervention. Compare the nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications between two groups of patients.
Results After nursing, the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of bundled nursing in postpartum hemorrhage patients can effectively improve the occurrence of complications, increase patient satisfaction with nursing care, and provide a more scientific and effective nursing model for postpartum hemorrhage patients. It has important clinical promotion value and is worth widely applying in obstetric nursing.
