运动训练联合优质护理对冠心病患者生活质量、心功能的影响

摘要

目的 探析冠心病患者接受运动训练结合优质护理后对生活质量及心功能的影响。方法 选择2023年9月至2024年9月在我院接受治疗的80例冠心病患者作为此次研究的样本，依照随机数字表法均分为参考组（40例，采取常规护理）和实验组（40例，采取运动训练联合优质护理）两组。对比两组在心功能指标及生活质量方面的差异。结果 相比于参考组，实验组的个性心功能指标均显著更优（P<0.05）；实验组的生活质量评分明显比参考组更高（P<0.05）。结论 运动训练结合优质护理对于冠心病患者而言，能够有效促进心功能的恢复，并提升其生活质量，应在临床护理实践中广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of exercise training combined with high-quality nursing on the quality of life and cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease who received treatment in our hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the sample for this study. They were randomly divided into a reference group (40 cases, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (40 cases, receiving exercise training combined with high-quality care) using a random number table method. Compare the differences in cardiac function indicators and quality of life between two groups.
Results Compared with the reference group, the experimental group showed significantly better individual heart function indicators (P<0.05); The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of exercise training and high-quality nursing can effectively promote the recovery of heart function and improve the quality of life for patients with coronary heart disease. It should be widely promoted and applied in clinical nursing practice.
