Research on family centered health empowerment intervention strategies for hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage
脑出血偏瘫患者实施以家庭为中心的健康赋权干预策略研究

摘要

目的 探析家庭为中心的健康赋权干预方法在脑出血偏瘫患者的中的效果。方法 本研究对象为56例脑出血偏瘫患者，抽取时间为2024年6月-2024年12月期间，按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中前者采取常规护理知识教育及康复指导干预。后者在上述基础上采取家庭为中心的健康赋权干预方法，每组28例。评价两组干预效果。结果 实验组主要照顾者综合照顾能力显高于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组主要照顾者赋权能力评分高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 家庭为中心的健康赋权干预方法在脑出血偏瘫患者的中的效果显著，可提高主要照顾者综合照顾能力及者赋权能力，可利于患者的病情治疗及康复。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of family centered health empowerment intervention methods in patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia.
Methods The study subjects were 56 patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia, selected from January 2022 to January 2023. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The former received routine nursing knowledge education and rehabilitation guidance intervention. The latter adopts a family centered health empowerment intervention method based on the above, with 28 cases in each group. Evaluate the effectiveness of two intervention groups.
Results The comprehensive care ability of the main caregivers in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The empowerment ability score of the main caregivers in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The family centered health empowerment intervention method has a significant effect on patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia, which can improve the comprehensive care and empowerment abilities of the main caregivers and facilitate the treatment and rehabilitation of the patient's condition.
