我国的液压工业经过近50年的发展,已具有相当生产实力和技术水平。随着我国装备制造业水平大幅提升,液压行业已形成了门类比较齐全,有一定生产能力和技术水平的工业体系,大型成套设备已经基本能够满足国民经济发展的需要。焊接工艺在制造业中占据着重要的地位,焊接质量的优劣直接影响到产品的安全、可靠性和使用寿命。本文针对“浙江华昌液压机械有限公司”液压油缸法兰、缸头与缸筒的焊接生产制造与质量体系保证的关键环节,分析了焊接工艺在生产制造过程中的应用,探讨了焊接质量体系保证体系的建立与实施,并对焊接生产制造与质量保证的未来发展趋势进行了展望。
After nearly 50 years of development, China's hydraulic industry has gained considerable production strength and technological level. With the significant improvement of China's equipment manufacturing industry, the hydraulic industry has formed a relatively complete industrial system with certain production capacity and technological level. Large scale complete sets of equipment can basically meet the needs of national economic development. Welding technology plays an important role in the manufacturing industry, and the quality of welding directly affects the safety, reliability, and service life of products. This article focuses on the key links in the welding production, manufacturing, and quality system assurance of hydraulic cylinder flanges, cylinder heads, and cylinder barrels for Zhejiang Huachang Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd. It analyzes the application of welding technology in the production and manufacturing process, explores the establishment and implementation of the welding quality system assurance system, and looks forward to the future development trends of welding production, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
