廊坊某地区农村老年人体检结果分析与慢性病管理价值研究

摘要

目的 探究分析廊坊某地区农村老年人体检结果分析与慢性病管理价值。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月期间，廊坊地区农村老年人共455例作为此次研究对象，落实对于老年人的健康体检，整理检查结果开展深入分析。结果 455例老年人均参与健康体检，其中423名老年人被检测出患有慢性病和指标异常占比为92.97%。影响老年人健康的主要疾病为高血压，糖尿病，高血脂以及心电图异常等。同时此类老年群体血清胆固醇，血糖，血尿酸，三酰甘油异常检出率同样呈现为高水平状态。结论 廊坊地区农村老年人健康状态不容乐观，需要重视对于此类群体的慢性病管理，落实高效的健康干预措施，开展慢性病健康指导，以确保廊坊地区农村老年群体健康状态的改善。

Abstract

Objective To explore the analysis of physical examination results and the value of chronic disease management for elderly rural residents in a certain area of Langfang.
Methods A total of 455 elderly rural residents in Langfang area from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects. Health examinations were conducted for the elderly, and the examination results were analyzed in depth. As a result, 455 elderly people participated in health check ups, of which 423 elderly people were detected with chronic diseases and abnormal indicators, accounting for 92.97%. The main diseases affecting the health of the elderly are hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and abnormal ECG. At the same time, the abnormal detection rates of serum cholesterol, blood glucose, blood uric acid, and triglycerides in this elderly population also show a high level.
Conclusion   The health status of elderly people in rural areas of Langfang is not suitable, and it is necessary to pay attention to the management of chronic diseases for this group, implement efficient health intervention measures, and carry out chronic disease health guidance to ensure the improvement of the health status of elderly people in rural areas of Langfang.
