Evaluation of the therapeutic effect of glucocorticoids in acute otitis media in the community
糖皮质激素在社区急性中耳炎中的治疗作用评价

摘要

目的 评价糖皮质激素在社区急性中耳炎中的治疗作用。方法 以2023年1月-2024年12月为研究时间，择取期间内在本社区卫生中心治疗的急性中耳炎患者中的100例为研究对象，依照患者治疗时间顺序予以分组，对照组（50例）采用常规治疗，观察组（50例）采用糖皮质激素治疗，从治疗有效率、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、血小板活化因子（PAF）水平、听阈值、症状评分、患者满意度展开数据研究。结果 观察组患者IL-6、PAF水平、听阈值、症状评分明显优于对照组，治疗有效率、患者满意度更高，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 糖皮质激素在社区急性中耳炎中的治疗作用显著，有效降低患者的炎症反应及听阈值水平，改善患者的临床症状，建议推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of glucocorticoids on acute otitis media in the community.
Methods From January 2023 to December 2024, 100 patients with acute otitis media treated at the community health center during this period were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the order of treatment time: the control group (50 cases) received conventional treatment, and the observation group (50 cases) received glucocorticoid treatment. The data was analyzed based on treatment efficacy, interleukin-6 (IL-6), platelet activating factor (PAF) levels, hearing threshold, symptom score, and patient satisfaction.
Results The levels of IL-6, PAF, hearing threshold, and symptom score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with higher treatment efficacy and patient satisfaction, P＜0.05, The difference is statistically significant.
Conclusion   Glucocorticoids have a significant therapeutic effect on acute otitis media in the community, effectively reducing the inflammatory response and hearing threshold levels of patients, improving their clinical symptoms, and it is recommended to promote their application.
