Clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin solution combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of chronic periodontitis and its impact on periodontal indicators
康复新液联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果及对牙周指标的影响

摘要

目的 分析康复新液联合盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果及对牙周指标的影响。方法挑选医院两年期间收治的慢性牙周炎患者（样本纳入时间：2022年8月至2024年8月；样本纳入例数：86例）当作研究对象，依照随机数字表法进行分组，分为对照组（归类到该组的患者进行盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗，n=43）与研究组（划分到该组的患者进行康复新液+盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗，n=43）。对比两组的临床效果及牙周指标。结果 研究组较对照组，其临床疗效更高，牙周袋深度、牙龈指数、牙菌斑指数更低（P＜0.05）。结论 在慢性牙周炎患者临床治疗环节中辅助运用康复新液+盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗，可进一步提升疗效，改善牙周指标，临床可进一步推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin solution combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of chronic periodontitis and its impact on periodontal indicators.
Methods Chronic periodontitis patients admitted to the hospital during a two-year period (sample inclusion time: August 2022 to August 2024; sample inclusion number: 86 cases) were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (patients classified in this group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment, n=43) and a study group (patients classified in this group were treated with rehabilitation solution+minocycline hydrochloride ointment, n=43). Compare the clinical outcomes and periodontal indicators between the two groups.
Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group, with lower periodontal pocket depth, gingival index, and plaque index (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the clinical treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis, the auxiliary use of Kangfuxin solution+minocycline hydrochloride ointment can further improve the efficacy and periodontal indicators, and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
