摘要

百万机组静电除尘器在燃煤发电厂除尘工作中占据关键地位,其安装质量直接关乎除尘效果和机组运行的稳定性。本文聚焦于百万机组静电除尘器的设备安装及质量管理,深入剖析安装环节的关键要点,探索有效的质量管理策略,旨在为提升静电除尘器的安装质量与运行效率提供理论支撑,推动电力行业的绿色可持续发展。

Abstract

Electrostatic precipitators for million-kilowatt units play a critical role in dust removal in coal-fired power plants, and their installation quality directly affects dust removal efficiency and the stability of unit operation. This paper focuses on the equipment installation and quality management of electrostatic precipitators for million-kilowatt units, thoroughly analyzing key points in the installation process and exploring effective quality management strategies. The aim is to provide theoretical support for improving the installation quality and operational efficiency of electrostatic precipitators, thereby promoting the green and sustainable development of the power industry.
